- Design concepts, drawings, layouts, and visualizations are indicative and may vary slightly during execution.
4. Payments & Pricing
- All prices are shared transparently and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments must be made as per the agreed milestones.
- The New Storey reserves the right to pause or stop work in case of delayed or non-payment.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Any request for cancellation must be made in writing via email or official communication channels.
- Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project and services already rendered.
- If approved, the refunded amount will be credited in 3 to 4 working days in original payment mode.
- No refunds will be provided for completed services or delivered design work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Project Timelines
- Project timelines are estimated and may vary due to factors such as material availability, site conditions, client approvals, or external dependencies.
- The New Storey shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate site details, measurements, and timely approvals.
- Delays in approvals or changes requested after finalization may affect timelines and costs.
- The client is responsible for ensuring site readiness before project execution.
8. Intellectual Property
- All designs, drawings, concepts, and content created by The New Storey remain its intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
- Clients may not reproduce, share, or use designs for other purposes without prior consent.
9. Warranty & Liability
- The New Storey will coordinate with vendors and contractors, but warranties for materials, furniture, appliances, or fittings are subject to manufacturer or supplier terms.
- We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Third-Party Services
- Any third-party vendors, contractors, or service providers engaged are independent entities.
- The New Storey is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party service providers beyond reasonable control.
11. Termination
The New Storey reserves the right to terminate services if the client violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in misconduct, or fails to fulfill payment obligations.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
