1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds will be considered only in cases where services have not been initiated or delivered as per the agreed scope of work.
  • Any request for a refund must be raised in writing within 7 days of the payment date.
  • Refunds are not applicable once the design process, site work, procurement, or execution has commenced.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Design consultation fees once the consultation has been conducted
  • Customized design work, layouts, 3D renders, drawings, or material selections
  • Payments made for site visits, measurements, or vendor procurement
  • Any services already delivered or partially completed

3. Cancellation by Client

  • If the client cancels the project before work has started, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative and consultation charges.
  • If cancellation occurs after project initiation, no refund will be applicable.

4. Cancellation by The New Storey

In the rare event that The New Storey is unable to proceed with the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be processed after adjusting for services already rendered.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed after internal verification.
  • Refunded amount will be credited in 3 to 4 working days in original payment mode.
